Teresa is a dedicated Registered Nurse and Case Manager currently serving the Waukee, Iowa community through UnityPoint at Home. With a career rooted in Iowa healthcare since 1987, Teresa has grown from a CNA and LPN into an experienced RN with a diverse background ranging from CCU, Mother-baby care, and over two decades at Wolfe Clinic. 

She leverages her decades of clinical expertise to provide compassion and coordination for patients in their own homes.

A State Center native, Teresa is the proud mom of an Iowa Station University student.
